No pictures here, but I did pick up the Trumpeter SU-152 late, another set of Modelkasten T-55 tracks (to finish my Trumpeter T-62) the Real Models LAV 3 TUA and another Tamiya T-55.

It's from a color plate in the SabingaMartin book on Arab T-62's. I don't have the book with me, so I can't give you the exact page. It mentions a few colors, but I haven't been able to match them yet in available paint lines.

I'm starting to pick up stuff for my next build which will be an Egyptian T-62. I'm interested in painting it in the camo scheme that I have seen online. Other than the desert sand color, what is a good match for the brownish looking color? In some photos, a third color seems to be present...

Hmmm, I wonder if I can use my old Yoshi (Yoshida?) p/e set to improve any kit parts? I had always intended to use them on the few DML BRDM-2's that I still have in the pile of shame. :gogo Any guess as to when these kits will be available?

Hmm, this looks a lot like an SU-27 I bought several years ago from another Chinese manufacturer. That kit was $5 on a clearance table at Hobby Lobby and I felt like I paid too much for it after opening the box. Think and clunky details and terrible decals. I was going to throw it away, but...

I really want this kit. I really don't know if I want to build the ball and chain armor. What does a lazy modeler do? haha
