Hey Gary,

That pic of Patton! I have a numbered copy of that I have had so long, I can't remember who the artist's name was. It is colder than hell out there tonight and as it is in the museum, no way. Who was that artist!

Bob
Hi there Bob. That Patton piece is something that I have had for about 18 - 20 years I believe. I actually won it in a raffle waaaaaay back when I used to go to contests. And the artist is Ted Paris, and it is one of my favorites.

Hey Gary,

What a coincidence! I have 115 out of 1000 and you have 120.

Ted Paris, of course. He sold some of his products through my distributing company years ago.

Small world, HuH?

Here is a rare look into my modeling cave.

That was a matter of great frustration with the kit for me. it first happened on the right side - I repaired it, then the left and when I was tying down the track - bing it broke again - I solved problem by giving it away to a club member. I refused to spend any more money on it - I really liked the kit - it just needs aftermarket link track.

These pix are kind of old, but still looks pretty much the same today.

:silly:

Nice stash there, Mike. I will try to get some pics when I get home. Joe can tell ya, I have a nice little cave.

Ok, here are some pics of my cave, stash and finished ones. I am pretty space limited so I started moving things over in other rooms (Dining room).

Its actually very bright, as Joe can tell you. Eventually, I plan on moving things out and painting the walls white to increase the brightness.

Looks like my old room, how I miss that! It really sucks not having a basement here! Nice work, Rob!

Thanks Mike. This is the first time ever that I have had a room dedicated just to models. It's nice. Now I can't imagine giving it up. lol.

And no, its not all good. Cause the temp is going back down. That was our "high" for the day.

I'm so glad you guys have been posting pictures of your stashes. I've been getting worried about the number of kits (~100) I have been collecting lately with no short term hope of building them anytime soon.

But after seeing that others seem to be suffering from the same "model stash" disease, I'm feeling much better now.... :blink Or at least it's nice to know that I'm not alone

Shawn's Modeling spot(s):
The 1st is where I model at home... Yup that's the dinning room table.

Next is Fred's (man cave) place where I model every Friday night.
