Had to do the tracks before the fenders could go on etc. etc.
only took three hours.
First time to do Link and Lengths for me. Wouldn't have been so bad if not for the tiny links.
Success:
Trying to keep the joints smooth and even so they looked like one run and not a gang bang of pieces
was the challenge.

They are made in Iowa, but I bought my first one at The Model Engineering show in London, way back in 1979. I haven't went to the bench without them since. :yipee

It stopped raining so I sprayed a flat clear coat on the seat and a satin clear coat on the rest of the
interior so it would retain that oily look.
Time to place the upper hull on :woohoo:
The upper hull fit like a glove,just like it had ort to. :woohoo:
The figure is just to show scale.
Turned out to be a pretty good day after all.

Right after that engine room shot disaster struck and that's why the updates stopped.
My heart sunk to around my ankles :S so I put it in the box and placed it in a drawer.
Today I dug it back out and came up with a plan of attack, tomorrow i'll post pictures
of the results.
