Though one question, the green tarp(?) really stands out from the rest of the weathered tank. Supposed to be that way?

Yeah, yeah, long over due. I have been AFK from the hobby for 3 years now - took a long break played some WOT, got dang good, figured out it was a money pit, got board decided to paint some figures. So here is the new and improved, me.
