I just noticed something Roman so I have a question for you.

Road Wheels:
Yours have a steel center with rubber tires. The road wheels on my AT-1 that also uses the T-26 chassis
looks like they're all one piece.

Question= What gives? Also are mine solid steel or Rubber?

Thanks for any info

T-26 chassis has 2 type of road wheels
early type - small steel center and big rubber tires, uses on T-26 till 1936 and on AT-1. Here you can find some photos of AT-1
late type - clearly visible steel center and thin rubber tire, like on my T-26.
After 1936 during the modernization early T-26's received late type road wheels except the first which was early type.
