"Rescued from the range" M4A3 Sherman

This is the model I am working on at the moment. It will be a Sherman that has been retrieved from a range somewhere. I mainly needed a break and wanted to have some fun painting with this one. This won't be a full build blog, but I'll post progress pics.

Painting and chipping has begun. At the moment only the turret has been chipped using the HS technique. The hull still has to be done. It's going slower due to the videos I am taking of the painting and rusting process.

No updated pics on the Sherman yet. It's slowing down due to the video process. Hopefully some new pics this evening.

Not too bad for about a weeks work. Videos have been posted on youtube. Slowely getting to the fun part-the rust and weathering.

The weathering is perfect , and I'm sure there's a little more to come .
