Gonna have to learn "the way" on this kind of stuff.
Dude, getting a beat up dull finish on a model is FAR easier than a silky smooth high gloss showroom finish! And if you screw up, you can throw a tarp over it and call it a day!

I hear ya. I tend to cover up some things with mere weathering on aircraft. But then again all it takes is a lil' wet sanding and polishing to take out a blem on a gloss finish.Dude, getting a beat up dull finish on a model is FAR easier than a silky smooth high gloss showroom finish! Might get a zip lock and just scoop up some.
