And 2 of these beauts. What fantastic detail from my cursory glance.

I bought these:
Trumpeter02046.JPG

The one above confused me as the description on the ordering form was for late Panther tracks. This set is marked Panther D and is designed for Hobby Boss' VK1602 which means it is a shortened Panther chassis. Sure enough, there aren't enough links for a standard Panther chassis.

I already sent a note off to Trumpeter to offer these links with new hollow teeth for the ASU-85 series.

I only ordered one set as I also plan to get a set from Click2Detail.

Believe it or not, I did not order these decals until I bought the Tasca M4A3E8 Korean War kit.

Those privy to the Sharkmouth Garage Sale now know why I was selling the transport links. This kit has them included.

The following two go hand in hand:

Merit International sent this large box as a donation for a special campaign grand prize:

Yes, this is the HUGE 1/32nd scale B-25J Mitchell strafer model. I will not be reviewing it.

But, Saul.! The whole world is waiting for a review of this kit. :popcorn

Who better to do it? (y)

It should only take you three or four days to count the parts... For the cockpit. :)

Well Dave, for me not to open and fondle the parts means that it is an important campaign that will be coming.

I had to post the image here so the importer, Merit International, sees that I received their donation and it is unopened. If they want me to review the kit (which I told them I did not as I don't have the room) they would send another. All the vendors I deal with know that I will review what is sent for me to review but I may not keep it if it doesn't suit my needs (subject matter, scale, etc.)...

Regards,

Got another F-117 yesterday and the Russian S-65. Will post pics tonight or tomorrow as some stuff from Hong Kong is waiting at the post office. Will do a Russian farm tractor and a German tank vignette. Just trying to find a 1/35 Russian farm house I saw once. Cant remember who makes it though.

Neither Mike. The Mig one is cool, but it is 1/48. The one I saw, or maybe dreamt has the thatch roof and wood log home.
