Carter & Crowley Figures?

Does anyone know what became of the Carter & Crowley range of figures? IIRC they were once distributed by VLS. Is this line another casualty of MMD/Squadron? Any chance anyone else will pick up the masters? There were some truly great figures in that line.

you are right, I haven't seen them in a while. Although, the only figure set I got from them (bought at a clearance sale from Squadron Mail Order) was unimpressive in that the figure carrying his comrade did not hunch forward under the weight.
