Easy to setup...you add an absorbent material...cloth or paper towel...lay in a dish with wax paper and dampen, add your paint, and it doesn't dry out as fast...

Mike is correct. I made mine from Tupperware. I use packing foam. A paper towel and Parchment paper. I also add a drop or two to alcohol to the water to keep things from growing.

As it slows the paint setting way down it allows you to mix gradation of color that can be used for days.
