An order placed directly with Panzer Art arrived and included two items for my Famo halftracks. The first is a radiator grill (called cooling mask on the Polish web site as this is what it literally translates to in English). Here is a comparison to the stock Tamiya part it directly replaces.

Final verdict. Keeping in mind that these are some of Panzer Art's first releases, I will give my opinion on that context. The grill is worthwhile as a time saver as it took me two hours to modify the stock Tamiya part to be open. However, none of the PE detail sets could replicate the raised logo provided by Panzer Art. The wheels are a direct replacement and copy of the kit parts. No attempt was made to modify them by adding detail or even the impression of weight. At the time of their release, many modelers worried about splitting and rotting vinyl tires on their kits. The casting is superb, better than the Tank Workshop wheels which were released earlier than this set.
