I posted this originally in the 1/32 B-25 topic- thought then it deserved a place of it's own, way cool...

There's one in a hanger at Owen's Field, a small private airport here in Columbia, SC. it's 2 miles from my place- if you Google Owen's Field and be a bit specific about the B-25 there, you get some nice links.

That is the one they pulled from Lake Greenwood in 1983. It would probably help sell it if some jackwagon hadn't painted it wrong. No wonder that group never replied to my email to help with elbow grease, they never had any intention of rebuilding it.

I knew this came out of lake greenwood, but i didnt realize they were such asses about it. Thanks for clearing that up. :vmad
