This looks really cool, I want one! Cutting circles in styrene has never been easier!

Crickey. Cricut.

Thanks Tom, you just cost me about $200. :pilot

Man, that will come in handy just in masks alone. No more flattening my digits with gasket punches, I just need to absorb the initial punch when my wife sees it...

That is pretty cool. It's very nice to see they've backed off some from the rabid belief that the only way to use their machine is w/ those stupidly expensive cartridges they sell.

I've been thinking about the Silhouette Cameo for quite some time, but haven't ever been able to afford one.

My biggest interest in having one of these is having the ability to correct custom painting masks. I've got a few different a/c I've been interested in doing, that have very intricate paint schemes, and have no decals available for. So being able to make custom masks for those would be extremely helpful. But now seeing this that it has the ability to cut styrene as well, vastly increases the potentials, now allowing for scratch building and that sort of thing.

Got the Silhouette last year. Nice tool, its just making masks that I have problems with.

But think of all the stuff you can do for all your friends... :dude :eek:hyeah :Hiay :drinks

wow, this is gonna save some serious time for vac builders and super detailers, just think you can cut out all your bulkheads, ribs, etc

Holy smokes! You could cut cardstock spandau jackets from cardstock in 3/4" scale for balsa free-flight models! Wheel masks- formers- it's mind-boggling. I need to get a new job and get one of these! ;)

I think that the day of buying models is about to come to a close.

Just buy the download and cut if from plastic stock or maybe just three D print :bang head

Hmmmm ? ? ? :idonno
