There's also a Tamiya aftermarketset with replacement gun barrel for it.

I am waiting for this kit for a long time... (I also have Dragon kit in my stash) btw. figures are very nice :coolio

All the best!

(When you go to the link you can find the figures at photo #6.)

They aren't bad at all, however the headsets look a bit oversized at the band.

Would have been nice if Tamiya throwed in some side-skirts as well.

Thanks Ron,
just saw this kit in the flesh today in the Hobby shop(I'm in central Japan at present).
Just a general view - not aimed at you Ron :)
The issue i have with Tamiya kits is that you get a little for a $60.00 kit.(in Japan it's $25.00 which is OK for the amount of detail).
The injection molding is superb but it's what you don't get that's disappointing, such as the side Shields , extra PE, other options, on board gear and the hidden detail such as the detail underneath the track guards and behind the forward transmission covers.
Dragon gives you all this with more options. Who needs the figures when most get aftermarket ones anyway.

^^I hear you Ian. :good:

Having said that,it sure is an improvement over the old Tamiya kit of the "Guderian's Duck".
Some Aftermarket companies may be coming along with add ons and improvements.

If someone wants to safe some money on it: http://www.hlj.com/product/tam35340

This will fill a nitch for sure.I have built a couple of Dragon Jagdpanzers, they are incredibly detailed but complex and not everyone's cup of tea. This should be popular and their newer kits are pretty good Isherman,JSU-152,Jagdtiger were pretty good.
