Oh snap! Never seen these aircraft before. Man it's a golden time for WWI aviation buffs aint' it?

I went to the site and read what they had to say (so far) about the kit. The early one having the 35 inch wingspan and the later having a 36 inch wingspan these would be almost as large as the HK B-17 kit (weighing in at 38 inches) . They posted something to the effect that the wings are going to be removable for easy storage. I think transport is what they really mean.

I would think that since they are on the way, that there would at least be a price on them. Set up a pre-order. Can't hardley wait to see the instuction manual for it. :frantic

The Gotha was $149 so I imagine these will be in the same ballpark. Also due out early next year is the AEG G.IV I guess I will have to make more room and sell some more WWII stuff so I can stash these and dream of having room to display them.

It is definitely time for me to quit obtaining WWII stuff and unload on all the ship kits that I am not really interested in building anymore. There are several of these kits that I would like to at least have in my stash. Am finding I like the armor and aircraft kits. Ships, trains, and automobiles, not so much.

Those look like they will be impressive kits of an equally impressive plane. They should sell well!

:woohoo:
Oh man, i just ordered the Hansa brandenberg(early) before i left for Japan and these weren't up yet.
sh*t i still haven't bought a Rumpler yet - what the hell am i gonna do now! :hmmm  :silly:

Well you are already way past where I am. I have to start ordering the stuff I want before they go bye bye. All WWII kit buying is in hold for a while till the WNW stuff I want is in hand. :blink

Colour schemes are up and 1 model shot.

Already know the ones I want to build.

Unbelievable!

If I get one of the WNW kits I will have to just shoot myself! From everything I hear they are great kits, well detailed and superbly engineered...

I'll stick to the easy bake oven kits for now...

Aww heck! I can't even leave the easy kits well enough alone. My Ju88 was an "easy" kit and I have turned it into a monster. Then have an A4 right after the A1 I am building, but all the patterns and stuff I have scratched will be all ready to do. That one should go quite fast as I won't be having to figure it all out again.

The WNW kits will be esy bake kits for me. :hmmm

Let the feeding frenzy begin, both the Early and Late Felixstowe's are up for pre-order at US$269.00. Also a "Duellist" set of an Early Felixstowe and a Hansa Brandenburg W.29 (the sold out kit) can be pre-ordered for US$349. Shipping is scheduled to begin next week.

Wingnut Wings

Happy shopping,
Rich

thanks for the heads up Rich. Unfortunately no joy for me, The vet bills drained everything on me this last week. :(

It will be all done and over before I will have an opportunity again.

Wishful thinking is about all I have left at this point.

Plastic budget blow here also but I'll put it on the radar. (y)

Kinda funny to note that the early version had an enclosed cockpit while the later one had open. Seems kinda bassackwards. :hmmm

How much? :tomato

Gee, I am doubly glad I don't have the WNW addiction... :coolio

I have been told that I can now purchase a workbench for the modeling room... no more 4' folding table :yipee
