The kit has shown up for pre-order on a UK on-line shop site, BMM Industries. The special pre-order price is 119.99 GBP ($205.05 US), MSRP is 159.99 GBP ($273.41 US). No indication of markings other than a likely Luftwaffe F-104G shown in the artwork. I haven't seen it offered anywhere else yet.
