Takom will be coming out with a Mk IV Male and Female in the near future. Tried to get a pic from their site but its got a virus embedded in it.

It's a shame two companies are coming out with the same exact tank instead if someone coming out with a St. Chamond or even a Memphisto... :(

Takom has already produced a St Charmond. And Meng did the Char 2.

From the description on the Tamiya site, their kit seems to be motorized. If that is true, how detail will be affected remains to be seen.

Looking at PMMS I see the Tamiya version is completely mototrized and a bit toyish. The Takom offerings will be more detailed and even have the chain drive mechanism although I dont know how one would see that. Cant wait.

Got an e-mail this morning from Pacific Coast Models. They have the kits available for pre-order at $57.95 each, expected June release for July delivery.
