Well, I had already started doing some research on the A-4M Skyhawk before Terry's latest post. I found some great cockpit photos...

Prepping the kit pieces for photo etch. I knew my talent for sanding off details would come in handy at some point. :D

I've got everything sanded down now and with a coat of primer.
 
Padding on the cockpit walls with a wash. I will dry brush it with light gray once the wash is dry.

Yes it does Bob.

Sanding the exhaust tube. I wrapped a wood skewer with 3M trim tape and then stuck on some 400 grit sandpaper. Unless anyone else has a better idea, I am going to use a 6" cotton swap to paint the interior.

I also got the intake assembled and painted white.
