Has anyone here heard of or used Payoneer.com for a financial transaction? I am buying a prop and the seller uses payoneer. I googled it but I still don't know much about it or if it is safe or good.Any help would be appreciated.

First I've heard of them. Nothing to add, I'd be careful, maybe use a card you only have so much money on?
 
I would be very reluctant to use a financial service other than paypal. I don't like to give a credit card to any company online. :idonno
